Welcome
This is a website for people with a passion for music, old and new. Music-Reviewed.com
gives its users the ability to search and submit reviews for music we've discovered
that others should hear or avoid.
Searches can be carried out by using a number of different search criteria. Typically,
you can search by artist and/or album and/or reviewer and/or submitted in the last 'X'
number of days. If you'd like to show others your reviews you can link
directly to your own reviews. Or, if you'd like to see if any new reviews have
been added recently, you can do that too.
Prior to being able to submit reviews you must first register and then log-in.
Searching of the database doesn't require you to register. But, the database is
only as good as the number of reviews (and quality of).
To see the very latest reviews for a quick check, see the stats
page.
Feel free stop by the forums. They're there for chat about this site and just about
anything else.

Yes! We have a new banner now along with the first appearance of the site mascot, the music-freak.
A big thanks to m0rph for the time and effort he
put into the design. You can find other examples of his work at http://cyrax.no.sapo.pt/.
There will be a small competition in order to give the music freak
at the forums.

A number of changes have been introduced today. Most notably are the visual changes, we've had a complete site
re-skin which introduces a new colour scheme and layout. The change was introduced because I'd seen the previous
site layout in Internet Explorer 5.5, it looked terribly unprofessional.
Also, a couple of bug fixes have been introduced:
Using " and ' in the input fields if an error was triggered would result in a partial loss in said field.
Leaving a year blank for a classical review submission would result in a default of 2000 being inputted.
If a user tried to log in anywhere apart from the home page, MySQL would spit out some nasty errors.
Minor general changes to improve fault tolerance of review submissions.

The audio tutorials now have new information added to the
ripping section. They now give the user
brief advice on how to handle troublesome CDs, which they were previously lacking.
